- A non-episode, like a shop door sign that's been flipped over to say "back in a month" (but when did they flip it?).
- On a sign saying 'Lost Cat', how do you know it's still lost? Henry fears the cat will bond to him if he picks it up.
- Ben, as a child, once found a budgie on a washing line (hanging to dry, upside-down with a peg on its arse) at his grandparents', took it inside, rang the local radio station and reunited it with the owner ('that's a different era, isn't it?').
- Nextdoor app: Henry's version is all about beheading cats, Ben's version is all dog theft panic.
- Solve the recruitment crisis in the military with a photo of Putin stealing a dog: 'Putin wants to steal your cockapoo!' (Cockaputin!).
- Pam (jingle: 4:08) was sourced from Cowbridge. Mike met Pam's biological father and shook him by the paw (a behemoth) (Pam noises in background).
- Pam is a breed that has been around for a while: wire-haired vizsla.
- Functions of a dog: catch the duck, behead the duck, cook the duck, season the duck. Vizsla's job is to point at the duck. Should be a modern one that runs an IT system for the Post Office (better than Fujitsu). Shiatsu/shitzu mistake by Henry remedied with a 'massage the figures' gag.
- There follows an excerpt from the most recent Extra Beans...
- Celeb hobbies: David Bowie collecting monocles in his attic, Paul McCartney watches 'Mock The Week'. Henry's impression of McCartney describing his favourite section of 'Mock the Week' veers towards the Midlands, on to Belgium and ends in Adelaide. Henry has dragged all three Beans away from the ability to do a McCartney impression. McCartney should not know who Hugh Dennis is, nor Bowie (Starman style: 'I heard Hugh Dennis on the radio-ho-ho').
